SJ (she/her) describes her successes learning to advocate for herself and manage her chronic illnesses. She discusses living with Acute Celiac Disease, Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). She talks about what she has learned from living with chronic illness and how she has learned to advocate for herself. She explains how keeping a journal can help. She has also learned to listen to her own body and not give up hope.
